Satellite IoT Service:

Latency increase between 2022-09-11 and 2022-09-12 for the whole constellation due to a major outage. Customer messages were continuously received and acknowledged by the satellites without being able to be downloaded to ground. The messages could not be delivered until Monday morning.
No message was lost.
